Pastor Christopher Petersen

Pastor Chris is the main Preaching elder of Grace Baptist Church. Chris grew up in rural Utah where he came to faith in Christ at 8 years old. He joined the United States Marine Corps directly after high school and served over 8 years before sensing and pursuing his call to ministry. He has been married to his wife Mattee since 2009 and has four children (3 boys and 1 girl). He received his B.A. from Grand Canyon University and is currently pursuing his Master of Divinity degree from International Reformed Baptist Seminary. Besides ministry Chris has a passion for his family, friends, and most things in the outdoors.
